Experience


Peggy brings over 35 years of legal experience to all matters. Her professional experiences include:


  • Providing legal counsel and guidance on ethics-compliance requirements and risk management matters for domestic, international, management, and bargained for employee populations.


  • Resolving compliance matters to maintain reputational integrity and ensure accountability.


  • Contributed to the development of the Code of Business Conduct and training for the domestic and international workforce and executive Conflict-of-Interest Questionnaires and its process.


  • Designed and delivered compliance training: face-to-face, train-the-trainer, and e-learning.


  • Analyzed and edited collective bargaining position papers addressing job security, movement of work, force adjustment plans, and worked with unions to address their demands.


  • Managed grievances for associate employees and partnered with the human resources and management teams to implement recommended corrective action including training, communication strategies, and workplace tools.


  • Designed, developed, and directed quarterly change management strategies that aligned with corporate diversity mandates and government EEO and AAP requirements.


  • Managed 100+ external and internal EEO complaints and multiple OFCCP audits annually.


  • Partnered with external attorneys and parent-company in-house counsel, government representatives, and labor-union representatives to negotiate settlements, direct corrective actions, and monitor compliance.


  • Elected government commission, a passionate DEI Advocate and Trainer for a national non-profit corporation, a Legal Services attorney advocating for the disadvantaged and Counsel on a real estate timeshare development project in the Netherlands Antilles.




Education


Peggy has a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor's degree from Rutgers University- Douglass College.



A Little Something Extra


Peggy’s journey in law is rich and fulfilling. Just last summer, she completed an Executive Education Certificate Program in Sustainable Capitalism and ESG from the University of California Berkeley School of Law.


In 2023, Peggy proudly completed her 4th marathon, the 48th Marine Corps Marathon!
